Did not knew what state of turbulence my mind was in,but I was perplexed by what has
happened. I found myself alone in my villa. A light and cool breeze blew in through the half-opened window
which created goosebumps on the exposed part of my body. Unable to bear the biting of the frosty arctic
winds, I woke up. I dragged myself to the window and tried to close it. I closed it,I felt. But, it was still chilly.
To my surprise, I found the window still opened. I tried again, attentive this time. I was baffled. I could hardly believe the thing that happened. My hand, instead of pushing the window, cruised through it. When I turned back to my bed, I was bemused again, to see, perhaps a twin of mine, or a hologram sleeping on my bed. Nearing it, I waved my hand through it. Again, the same thing happened. After a lot of thought and action, I finally consummated that " I was dead". Yes, I was dead! An outstretched set of questions were hovering across my mind inquiring me, "How","When","Where","Who" and "Why". I know, mine was not a natural death. It is not a ridicule, it is contemplative. "How", "When", "Where" does not matter me any longer because I am dead, already. "Who" can also be given a damn for I am immaterial now. I cannot take vengeance upon the one who killed me. "Why" is the only damn thing that bothered me. A discontented soul won't leave this world until it's purpose is gratified. My purpose and my desire lies in knowing the cause of my death and in fulfilling the cause of my life.
Walking out of my villa into the city, I put my mind to rewind and think about the
incidents that happened in my life earlier, before my death. It was those five long years back when I returned
back to India from the United States Of America. Having earned enough at USA as a software system architect, I decided to do something for my country and my people inspired by influential personalities. I had a total property worth three hundred crores, which I decide to spend for the welfare of the people. But it was then that I actualized that the present system of government is jaundiced. It is because of the redundant youth. I wanted that the youth should be stalwart, tenacious and robust, and they should step into politics. And of course, A good governance can automatically generate well-being of the people. For this, I made myself the initiative. I got into contact with all my classmates, colleagues in many companies and other friends who were dispersed in all the parts of the country and had this thought of mine of setting up an independent political party cultivated in their minds and asked them to disseminate it to all classes of people they knew in all areas. With the grace of the Almighty and the support of all my friends, in a span of two years' time, a colossal link across the country was set up about our party "Young India". In the meeting which we conducted for the selection of party representatives, we got a huge response. My friends, who were among the media class, helped me a lot. Howsoever may be the circumstances, we proved " Unity is Strength".
I knew that Politics was a mud pool and entering it would put me into problems. But I
could hardly guess that it could take my life at an early age of 34. The dawn next to my death, police and
media knew it and the police reached my villa with sniffer-dogs, predicting it to be unnatural. After mortuary,
the report finalized it as a death caused by poison. All the news channels were buzzing out my name and the
unknown reason behind my death. I know who was the reason behind this treachery but I expected something positive to take place as a consequence of this incident. Another question that was instigated among the people was " What about the party without the leader - progress or disperse!"
For the past two years, we " Young India" party members, have been organizing
campaigns at different places all over the country. We made the people realize what can be done to the country and what has been done over the years. People supporting us increased in numbers, from tens to hundreds, thousands and lakhs. Everything went on as a chain reaction and our supporters reached even to crores. We gained national attention. All my friends, who were representatives were truly optimistic and dedicated to the service of the nation. It was then that the real " Politics" started. I used to receive threatening calls but that never hypnotized my hierarchy. I was ambitious to fulfil the dream for which I stepped into it. I felt " Nothing can prohibit me or forbid me from achieving the political set-up of youth in our country".
The elections were nearing and as I expected, our members did not disperse. They
were bold enough to take the step forward. The sympathy of my death proved its worth. " At least my death
wasn't futile", I felt. Exactly two days before the polling started, a video clip was brought through the media to the people which stunned the ruling party and made sure the victory of " Young India". The day I first received a threatening call, I put my villa, the place where I usually go and stay alone for peace of mind, under total electronic surveillance, but without the knowledge of anyone. The servant, who gave me milk before my sleep, was found talking to the ruling minister that night through the secret cameras and that phone call was tapped then itself. But, it wasn't brought out all the days so that the heat of the issue won't vanish. By the judicial orders, the minister was taken into custody. Later, the servant who left the city after the crime was also caught and after having him interrogated with third-degree, when he spoke out the truth that the minister told him to kill me, the minister was arrested for committing a brutal offense staying in position and his right to participate in the elections was cancelled. When people all over the country knew this, they understood the power of youth which crippled the experienced politicians' minds so much that they had me murdered.
Later, as expected, my party " Young India" had a legendary victory. Having
witnessed it and the fulfillment of my dream, that is, set-up of government in the hands of the youth, my soul
felt bliss-ed and merged itself into the divine being.
